Meet your Trainer

A young man with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a wide smile, wearing a white jacket in an indoor setting.

Hello, my name is Brandon, and I am a personal trainer certified by the BC Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA). I was born and raised in Ladner, BC and currently reside in Richmond.

I have been active from a very young age, participating in youth sports and playing basketball and volleyball throughout high school. I was one of the last generations who spent summers playing outside from sunrise to sunset, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

I began taking fitness seriously in 2010 when I was introduced to P90X. If you’re not familiar, this was a revolutionary 90-day home fitness program created by Tony Horton and produced by Beachbody. I loved the convenience of exercising at home - no travel, no gym fees, no crowds - just fantastic results with a few pieces of equipment. After a couple rounds of P90X and other fitness programs, I was in the best shape of my life.

As we all know, life has its ups and downs, and so did my weight. Like many others, I struggled to build motivation to exercise, had a difficult relationship with food, and lacked confidence. These were issues that Tony Horton, the guy on my TV yelling at me to do more push-ups, couldn’t help me with.

I now have the privilege of being able to educate, motivate, and encourage those looking to reinvent themselves.  If you are interested in getting back on track and starting a fitness program, I am committed to helping you every step of the way. Get in touch today to discuss how we can embark on your fitness journey together.
